The correct steps for cleansing and moisturizing skin facial.
The most important care to ensure bright and elastic skin is daily cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. These steps should be made- morning and evening. Moreover, because beauty starts from within, you would consume enough water during the day and add to your meals vegetables and fruit.
So to start the day bright and beautiful, follow these steps:
- Put a few ice cubes in unless you have the problem with the blood vessels.
- Take plenty of water and wipe your face with dab (attention, never rub the skin). Clean your face with emulsion or soap (do not forget the neck area).
- Apply gently to your toner on the face. Give the few seconds to be absorbed well by the skin in a room. This is a step that we women often omit. But it is very important because it gives freshness and radiance to our face!
- Apply your moisturizer from the inside out by light massage movements.
- Apply your sunscreen, or you may choose a moisturizer with color and SPF.
• Now as the temperature rises you can have a thermal spray in your bag for extra freshness and hydration.
• If the skin, despite the daily use of moisturizing cream, pulls your skin strongly, then try to integrate moisturizing facial masks (2-3 times a week) into your beauty routine.
• The water used in the morning must have a moderate temperature so not to dehydrate the skin .
• Do not fall asleep without remove the makeup. The only certainty is that the next morning the clouds will settle in your skin.
